Tours will take place at the stunning Rou Estate in north east Corfu and tranquil Arosmari Village Retreat in Crete.  The one-week inspirational breaks are guided by local experts, consist of small groups of six to eight guests, and focus on enjoying an activity with like-minded enthusiasts in a relaxed and informal environment.
