Trail Running Week; with Ironman and Runner, Martin Yelling

15th – 21st June:
Well Being and Vitality Week; with Exercise Physiologist and Trainer, Hannah Freeman

22nd – 28th June:
Liz Yelling Running Camp; with British Marathon Runner, Liz Yelling

29th – 5th July:
Strictly Active Dance Fitness Week; with Strictly Come Dancing star, Aliona Vilani

Enjoying lunch in the Alps

Staying in a luxury villa, with pool, hot tub and sauna, overlooking Annecy Lake in the French Alps, you can train, eat and relax in style.

There are a maximum of 12 guests per holiday to ensure one-to-one time with the host trainer, plus a personalised fitness assessment and a 30-minute sports massage are included in the holiday.

Prices are £600 for short breaks and from £1,200 for week, all inclusive except flights and one dinner out.
